1000 free IVR and web surveys up for grabs

Free during National Customer Service Week

Square Systems is offering half price set up and 1000 free IVR post-call customer surveys with their automated telephone web survey tool Opinion-8 during national customer service week 1st- 7th October 2007, offering a chance for call centres who are not already using this technology to test it out with no commitment, and gain a free real-time snapshot evaluation of call centre customer interactions.

Instant feedback with online results

The ICMI 2007 Customer Satisfaction Measurement Report found that more than 30% of contact centres fail to measure customer satisfaction and are not making use of the highly cost-effective IVR-based survey technology now available. Post-call IVR surveys give instant feedback at low cost. Customers are invited either by the agent, or by an automated voice at the beginning of their call, whether they are prepared to take part in a short automated survey after their interaction with an agent. Customers who agree are then transferred to the survey either automatically or manually. They can also be given a telephone / freephone number to call at their convenience. To respond to the survey the customer either uses the numbers on their telephone keypad or offers spoken comments in response to open questions. Their feedback is then stored on a secure website and immediately available to see online in graphic reports or downloaded as Excel spreadsheets. Many companies find that spoken comments often give a more in-depth feel for the customer experience.  Comments can be listened to and easily transcribed and saved as text and imported into documents.

Opinion-8 surveys offer online or email surveys alongside the IVR survey.  All survey results are compiled in the same database and results can be viewed online in both unified and separate reports.

Offer Detail

Square Systems can offer free advice on the scripting of surveys, and can also advise on all aspects of implementation of IVR surveys such as integration with existing telephony and CRM infrastructure if relevant. Surveys with up to six questions will cost 350 to set up and standard usage charges will apply for any responses above the first 500 IVR & web surveys.  To take advantage of this opportunity, contact Ingrid Christophersen, Business Manager at Square Systems on tel. 0117 3982342 or email ingridc@squaresystems.co.uk.
