4th Annual North West Contact Centre Awards – Shortlist
The North West Contact Centre Awards highlight and reward excellence in North West Call and Contact Centres.
Following 3 months of open nominations and after our friends at the Welsh Contact Centre Forum have carefully evaluated all of our entries, we are delighted to announce the finalists for the 4th Annual North West Contact Centre Awards.
The winners of the Awards will be announced at the Awards Ceremony and Gala Dinner, taking place on 15th October at the Palace Hotel, Manchester.

How on earth Scottish Power have ended up as finalist is completely beyond me. This is the poorest servcie I have ever received and have never dealt with such incompetent staff on a phone service.
