50 new call centre vacancies for South Shields
Garlands Call Centres is recruiting 50 customer sales staff at its South Shields contact centre to work on the company’s growing 3 account. This will take the total number of Garlands’ personnel working at that location for mobile operator 3 to around 80.
Business with 3 has grown rapidly since the mobile phone operator appointed Garlands as a telesales partner in August 2009. “We’ve been very pleased with the speed at which Garlands set up the operation and with the
commitment the company has shown towards delivering great results” said Kerry Howells, Business Development Manager, 3.

The new roles will be at Outbound Sales Advisor, Sales Coach and Team Manager levels – with Garlands looking for individuals with previous face-to-face sales, telephone sales and sales management experience.
