Awards Open for Nominations

The North East Contact Centre Awards 2014 are now open for nominations.

The awards, now in their 11th year, recognise and reward the achievements of front-line staff.

They also offer the opportunity for businesses to recognise the achievements of their teams, benchmark against other centres, raise the profile of the contact centre internally and demonstrate commitment to achieving excellence.

Nominations are now open for the below categories:

• North East Contact Centre of the Year 2014, over 250 seats
• North East Contact Centre of the Year 2014, under 250 seats
• Best People Developer
• Contact Centre Team of the Year 2014
• Contact Centre Dream Team
• Leading Light with the People’s Choice Award
• Brightest New Star
• Sales Star
• Contact Centre Adviser of the Year 2014
• Customer Experience Superstar

Entries will be accepted up until 29th September.

The awards will be given out at an Oscars-themed ceremony in Durham on 21st November.
