Bright gives its support to the Ministry of Performance

Ministry of performance logoEarly January saw the launch of the Ministry of Performance. Inspired by Jamie Oliver’s Ministry of Food, where Jamie is attempting to get Rotherham eating healthily. This is the UK contact centre’s attempt to unite and help each other to get back on their feet.

“Bright are pleased to offer their support to this initiative,” said Mats Rennstam. “In the difficult time that we face, consultants, benchmark organisations, contact centres and technology vendors need to join forces and help each other drive up performance and map our own destiny”.

This initiative, which is already gaining significant momentum, offers contact centre managers access to some of the leading consultants in the industry as well as other contact centre managers. Participating contact centre managers can have a consultant, who has volunteered their time to the cause, spend two hours walking the floor and reviewing performance of their operation. They then get instant feedback on quick-win areas where they can reduce cost, improve productivity and most importantly increase results.

“Bright are helping by providing the consultants with access to our extensive UK benchmarking database,” continues Mats. “We will take the top ten KPIs from the contact centre and provide feedback on how these measure up to the rest of the industry, giving valuable guidance on key areas of focus”. A key part of the Ministry of Performance is getting contact centre managers working together, sharing experiences, ideas and ways to collectively improve performance. To find out more and to register, visit www.infinityccs.com/MoP.
