Call Centre Helper launches a new Forum
Got a call centre question to ask? Got some words of wisdom that you would like to share? Why not try out our new Call Centre Forum.
We have tried to make it as easy as possible to use and navigate.
And it seems to have paid off. Even before we officially launched, there are already a varied range of topics and posts on the Forum.
The forum can be accessed by clicking the “Forum” button on the top menu, or you can go there by following the Forum Link.
To add a post or reply to a question you will first need to register. Registration is straightforward and you can also easily add a photo.
Please remember – NO ADVERTISING on the Forum.
The Call Centre Helper Forum is part of our Web 2.0 strategy aimed at building a strong and interactive community.
