Do nothing. Yes, I said do nothing. Keep your lips sealed, maintain a low profile and don't waste your time with HR. I am in your situation, and trust me, you will be sorry for ever uttering one word. I went to my team leader, operations manager or a member of the HR department. What you will learn is that the operations manager is the only one in control. If you are not IN-WITH the opts. mgr. you will never go anywhere. The opts. manager has the final say in who gets hired as a manager and would never select anyone like you or I because they wouldn't be able to manipulate us. Just for fun, ask your opts. mrg. who his/her mentor is, within the company? My opts. mgr.'s mentor is the mgr. of HR.
    Good Luck! Keep Your Head High - Learn everything you can, just know you are taking all of that knowledge and experiance with you.

    When you are walking out their door SMILING(Hopefully, with a nice Degree, that they paid for}

I am hanging tough / Learning something new everyday / Finishing my free, $28,000, Degree / Then I will get a real job.

God Bless! & Best Wishes!
