Call Centres Expansion Plans
Outsourcer reveals plans to open up another 10 call centres in the UK this year
Buckinghamshire based New Opportunities, a leading provider of outsourced call centre services, reveals its plans to open at least another 10 call centres throughout the UK in Quarter 4 of 2007.
Speaking about the announcement, Bradley Kellard, Operations Director, said “this is an exciting time for the company. We already operate from 3 sites in the UK, but require further locations in order to service our ever-increasing work loads.”
The company’s expansion plans break the typical call centre cliche, as Kellard explains. “Rather than operating from just one location, like the traditional call centre, it was felt that smaller, regional centres, strategically placed in the heart of the business community would be more beneficial clients and customers alike.”
The company is working towards a total of 80 centres by quarter 4 of 2008, making New Opportunities the largest inbound and outbound multi-site call centre in the UK. “The additional branches being planned will be operated by franchisees, meaning our clients can expect their business to be represented in the best possible way by local, highly motivated, more passionate and commercially aware people” he concluded.
