An Australian business lender has improved its sales operations with help from NewVoiceMedia.

Prospa, a Sydney-based online business lender, is using NewVoiceMedia’s ContactWorld for Sales solution to improve its sales operations, conversion rates and business efficiencies.

The company selected the solution to improve efficiencies in outbound calling operations. The company founders also wanted to work with suppliers who shared their philosophy of industry disruption.

Each month, agents make around 8,000 outbound calls and receive 2,000 inbound calls. The technology is used by three sales teams: new customer acquisitions, customer retention and channel partners.

With ‘click-to-dial’, staff can make calls directly from within Salesforce – delivering efficiency improvements while reducing dialling errors. Customer records are then automatically updated, meaning there is a complete history of interactions, and follow-up activities can be created so that no lead is lost.

Inbound calls are dynamically routed to a selected account manager based on the information held about the caller in Salesforce. This means that customers and prospects know that when they call, they will be connected with the person who knows most about their account.

The platform also offers sales managers a real-time window into the operation, so agents can be managed. Customisable reports also allow the company to expose where improvement opportunities exist. Call recording gives insight into performance.
