The solution

The solutions include intuitive automated speech interaction as well as telephony and call handling, allowing experts who have signed up for the service to check their appointment calendars and place calls to customers who have booked consulting sessions.

OASIS on-call also enables time-slot management, including tracking the amount of time the call has taken and notifying participants of remaining time. It currently provides call handling and IVR for Germany, Austria and Switzerland with built-in flexibility for international growth.
