Intelecom have put together a short survey to find out what the customer experience landscape looks like today and what lies ahead.

In return you will receive the complete survey report and be entered into a prize draw to win an Apple Watch.

By filling in the survey, you will automatically receive a copy of the final report.

Terms and Conditions

  1. An Apple Watch will be delivered to the winner of the prize draw, subject to the supplier being able to deliver to the country/location of the winner. If not, a prize of equivalent value will be provided and delivered. The prize will be non-exchangeable.
  2. Anyone taking part in the survey should be a contact centre professional, currently working within a contact centre.  Please use a work email address where possible when completing the survey to help us verify this. Those who do not may not be entered into the prize draw.
  3. The winner will be drawn by Intelecom and their contact name and company published by Call Centre Helper.
  4. The prize draw will take place and the winner announced on 29th October 2015.
  5. All people taking part in the survey will get a final copy of the results gathered and any subsequent report created.
