There are many ways to win over customer loyalty. Following are some of the measurement that I'd like to share:
1. Always put ourselves in cutomer’s shoes, understand what they want & try our best to meet it.
2. To be resourceful & knowledgeable - Able to provide correct & accurate information for customer inquiry.
3. To build up rapport with customer & be professional and polite.
4. Always show to the customer that you care for them & they're important.

I think that there are two main ways that you can win customer loyalty

1. Take ownership of problems
2. Always deliver on what you promise. It generally works best to under promise and over deliver.
