Do hygiene wipes really work?
Despite 78% of contact centres using wipes for health & safety, studies show that alcohol products offer poor or ineffective protection against the transmission of infections.
Testing also shows that alcohol and acidic products damage communication plastics and components and, can shorten the lifespan of equipment by as much as half. With alcohol products’ making up the vast majority of communication wipes, there is a need for an alternative product that does not degrade the equipment and one which provides improved health & Safety.
