You could try looking for call or contact centres based in Spain. Some of the big multinationals have operations in Spain and a network of centres all across Europe. They'll be used to running multilingual operations with 24/7 capability. I don't like to recommend any one company but here's a link to one who may have a centre near to the Costa Del Sol. http://www.teleperformance.com/GP/AboutUs/AboutUs.aspx?id=294

Hope this help hasn't come too late for you.

Please could you advise me in which direction I should be looking in with regards to specific call centre needs. We are a home maintenance company based in the Costa del Sol in Spain and we were looking to offer our clients (mostly Spanish, English, German & French) a multi-lingual 24hour service in which they could talk to someone in their own language and this contact must then be able to contact Spanish speaking workmen to give them work details. Any suggestions as to where I could get hold of such a service?
