We're looking to specifically cater for our customers of Sub-Continent background whose 1st language is not English. Inbound call centre, UK BASED. Anyone come across anywhere like this in the UK? Many thanks.

Hi,
It is hard to find UK based call centre with Asian language Skills but you can find Asian Call centre with All Global language Skills.
Probably in INDIA.

You could try Hart Hanks in Uxbridge, I have visited their multi-lingual call centre in the past.
They offer a range of languages, I can't say for sure if they offer Asian languages, but I don’t see why not.

Hi,
I know of a company in Scotland called Sykes who are multi-lingual contact centre and may have the skills you need
Scotland is a major call centre hub within the UK and quite cost effective

Salisbury VCC are UK based and are multi-lingual, including asian languages.
