Hi, I have had experience in a B2B call centre, both taking calls and managing telesales execs. I am i the middle of a career into the B2C arena, managing an outbound call centre in the utility industry. I want to know what the main differences are?
I am hoping that there will be some common ground - but any help or advice would be very much appreciated.

In many ways it is quite similar, but quite a bit of common ground.
For B2B people tend to be more polite, but more pressed for time. They are less tolerant of waiting in queue.
For B2C outbound it is more pressured and people can be rather rude - particularly if you interrupt them in the middel of Coronation Street!
