Basic call centre set up needed HELP

Hi Guys,

I have signed up to the site after reading many of the threads without being able to find a perfect answer for my solution.

We currently have a very small outbound telesales team generating appointments and leads. This is used through our offices phones lines which are all interlinked into one central phone system that all the offices use.

We have a good package on our telecoms but are desperate to have a wall tv screen showing the call out results. This is purely for myself and the staff to see a visual of how well they are doing for that day.

We have our own visual Excell document that feeds the leads into the front visual document. They then dial calls into there phones from this over a normal line. Its not Voip.

So to clarify.

We need a screen that indicates the amount of calls made, contacts made and length of calls. Showing results for the week month and that day.

How can we do this?

Your reply would be really appreciated as i have no idea where to start.

Regards
Tom

Hi Tom

Just get an idea of your set up

Are you working in a serviced office environment

If so would the owner of the office allow you to attach a device to the incoming lines

Also does the office have an internal network

Hi John,

Thanks for the reply, i will have to find out about the lines and if we are allowed to attach a basic system.

We do have an internal network.

What set up would you recommend so we can put a visual board up in the office. Voip however is not an option.

We need a system which we can run software off to show the call stats in the office.

Tom

Are you looking for wall board software, so you can feed your crm and dialler information to the screen and have dashboards of agent stats, profits, call volumes etc?

If you are then there are some easily avaliable hosted options out there that are really customisable.

Hi Tom,

I work for company that provides full contact center solutions. Unfortunately I cannot advise you of my company on this forum. Is there any way of contacting you (maybe via email) so I can show you what solutions may be able to help you.
