Best European Country for a MultiLingual Call centre

I am in the process of evaluating the best location for a 24/7 multilingual call centre servicing EMEA and Scandanavia. Do anyone have any statistical information or resources for me to best compare the opportunities across Europe to determine the best location. The key factors are obviously operational costs but also availability of resources with a wide range of language capability.

Hi,

I work for an outsourcing contact centre and I am based in Edinburgh (but it is a global operation. We have many multi-lingual agents servicing EMEA and also have nordic/Scandinavian agents.

Edinburgh has quite a high volume of students with various universities and colleges. As such the potential pool of linguistic agents tends to be very good.

I don't have any stats to back this up though - sorry!
