I want to enter my call centre into some awards this year. I dont want to enter the ECCA as I would like to enter something more modest to start with so we can find our feet.
Any ideas of good ones to enter, we are based in Southampton incase anyone knows of a good regional awards?

Other than that, other industry press organise UK based awards. It might be worth looking into that.

For a regional one, you have just missed the South West Contact Centre awards.
You have also missed the CCMA awards, but there is still time to enter the CCA awards.
