Call Centre Consultants: Who are they?

Hi,

I was wondering who are the big players/leaders in the world of Call Centre Consultancy. Whether UK or non-UK. For example, does KPMG do consulting? I saw the 7 companies in the Directory but they seem to be rather small scale.

It depends what your looking for really. The smaller consultants are specialists in their own areas. Cap Gemini,Accenture and others can offer Contact Centre consultancy but they would be focused on big accounts like Ikea, Tesco's and so forth.

I would focus on a specific areas of consultancy.
