Costing of Dialer

Hello,

I'm trying to get a rough cost of a dialer to use in connection with a Cisco telephony solution. We identified the dialer as a day 2 requirement and we are currently awaiting day 1 delivery of the solution. In the meantime a proposal for outbound function is required and so far I've had no joy getting a "rough idea" on cost. Anyone I contact seems to want to take details and call me back.

Can anyone help..? We would have a team of 25 dedicated outbound agents and there would also need to be scope to use it for callback management for our inbound teams so the license requirement could be anything between 25 and 100.

Any help is much appretiated...even just a ball park figure..

Not quite the answer that you are looking for.. but there are a few dependencies.

Like Ken says, there could be lots of dependencies so further discussion would help. It might also be worth considering the bigger picture - a dedicated outbound dialler may not be the right solution for your overall requirememts, just a small piece of a bigger solution.

It is very difficult to answer this without mentioning products and figures

One thing I would like to ask whether you have considered the idea of a hosted dialer solution

Similar to Dave Jonty sorry if this is adverting Jonty

This is not an advertising forum.

Though I'm sure that there may be a number of dependencies, you should be able to post a ballpark number on this forum. If there are dependencies please put on the range.
