When a customers wife confirms the full name/address/postcode and is renewing a policy, if we then tell them what is covered under the insurance (i.e. a hoover model number HOOV123) is this breaking DPA?

Common sense says that this should be fine.

We all tend to lose common sense when we think of regulations.
