Good afternoon, my question to the CCH forum focuses on productivity for the one man operation, yes that's right one man!
You may have all seen film 'Pursuit of Happyness' and the stuggling character played by Will Smiths. One memorable scene shows his valiant attempt to increase dial out performance by not putting the phone down between calls.
Essentially from a room at home I run a service providing qualified introductions to various businesses. I had a sales temping assignment about 10 years ago and was plugged into an Amcat Predictive dialler, which was amazing. I contacted Amcat them years late when I started working for myself but the story was five seats minimum.
I wondered with technology moving so fast that a provider had seen that there was a niche market who might not have a huge team and was 'clever' to focus on the very small enterprise (one man and a phone operations) that could be interested to increase productivity!
If you know of any firms or technology, in that regard I would be most grateful to know,
