I am looking at the logistics of setting up an internal enrollment/call center for a brokerage firm allowing them to take employee elections via a call center environment by recording the confirmation with the last 4 of the SSN as the identifier. What I could really use help with is voice recording software/systems for this. Can anyone provide feedback?
