Erlang calculator..

Can some one please help me with an Erlang calculator where i can enter the number of calls PER HOUR & get the number of agents required. Yes the calculator here was useful but i would appreciate if someone can help me out in finding the one i need.Thanks all

Thanks a lot for ya post. I have downloaded the calculator in this website a long time ago. But to get the figures i should give the data of half hourly (Call rate) & i find it very hard to get it half hourly with the current system we have. That's why i was looking for a option where i can enter hourly data & get the number of agents required.If you know any place where i can get the info pls drop me a link.
