Hi there!
I am trying to set up a small call center and have most things resolved except for getting that critical first client.
I know that no one wants to be the first client of an unproven call center.
What should I do?
How did you find your first clients?
How did you form your clients' database?
What to start with?

Getting a first client for a call centre is a very difficult task, and one that you should have thought about before you set up the call centre.

The challenge is that the market is heavily saturated with outsourced call centres, many of which are very good.

As with any other operation in life, it all depends upon finding a good niche with an interesting proposition. You need to do some test marketing before you go too far. There is an interesting article on test marketing here http://www.businesshelper.co.uk/test-marketing-44.htm
