Hi all,

This topic will no doubt have been covered before, but any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Looking for good shift patterns for a team of around 6-8 call agents covering 9am to 6pm, seven days a week.

Hoping to give everyone two weekends off in every four.

Hi - do you have any analysis to show your requirements? I would try to understand where and when you need the people before undertaking a scheduling exercise.
