Most of the online tools available only gives us interval-wise staff requirement based on SL parameters, ASA, interval-wise volume and handle time.
I am looking for a calculator (excel based / web based) which will give me the staffing requirement for a project based on all required parameters (like SLA, AHT, weekly volume, etc...)

Sayan,
You can do that with most of the standard calculators.
The interval requirements will give you an hours requirement
per day, and, from there you can work out your daily FTE requirement.
Now this then scales up to the weekly figure, so, you can then take the weekly
hours requires and divide by weekly worked hours (factoring for shrinkage) to give
a required FTE count.
It's going to be tough to say x,000 call per week with y AHT at z SLA's
needs q FTE, as there's no probability distribution function in use.
