My call centre is growing rapidly, I have taken down the boards between workers afetr a pilot and found that it has helped communication between advisors. I need to stop voicing into the mic of the headsets of each advisor. Can anyone suggest a good headset and where I may get them.

I would suggest that you give the team binaural noise-cancelling headsets. This will cut down noise coming down through the microphone.
Because they cut down on background noise, they also tend to reduce the volume with which people speak, which also helps tp reduce the noise levels.
I use a Plantronics Savi (wireless) in the office and a Plantronics Encore Pro (corded) in the car. Both have good performance. At the cheaper end of the scale SW Comms have a low cost solution.
