I picked up this article today, I would like to add that I don’t and never have read the Daily Mail, so can’t comment on it in general.
I was surprised that they would print such a head line, I personally think it’s insulting.
I was also surprised that they have raised doctors surgery receptionists to search a pinnacle. From my experience of dealing with them they are a real pain. The last time I spoke to one she said I would have to wait a week to get a new Asthma inhaler, it was only after 5 minutes of arguing that she finally agreed that Asthma was a life threatening illness and I really did need a new inhaler.
I dont see why this work couldnt be outsourced to a call centre.
