I was wondering if anyone can offer any suggestions? I am after some form of helpdesk software or server side application that can be applied to our website so when a user goes to raise a support enquiry we search for that term and offer them a link to the Knowledge Base or other documentation first.
So if they go to raise an enquiry and type in 'How to change my details', we can point them to the article we have on updating details.
Any info, or suggestions at all would be a huge help.
