Hi All

I'm hoping you can help me, we are looking to move some of our employees to home working. I am trying to get an idea of how to overcome (if necessary) any credit card security issues. Currently our agents enter the customers CC number directly into our payment system. I would be interested to know how other who have adopted home working have over come this issue.

Thanks

Rob,

Have you looked at payment automation via IVR?

There are some good systems out there which can handle card details this may also have an impact on the amount of resource required within the centre to handle payments.

Depending on your call volumes for this type of call it may well make the business case for you, additionally removing the need to have agents taking payments over the phone thus increasing security.

Regards

Neil
