Hi all, as I'm brand new to this, but am setting up a 5 to 10 man call centre, I am getting quotes on hosted options to start off with.
Infinity CCS are giving me a quote, anyone deal with them? Are they a good provider?

From what I have heard they seem to have a good loyal following. I have visited them a few times and they seem to be good technically.
