HI,

I am facing a challenge when it comes to 15 minutes forecastin accuracy.

I do the call volume forecast on Daily basis and it is distributed interval wise (15 minutes)depending on my actual call arrival pattern in the past 4 weeks.

Also, does anyone know of any application that can be used for call volumes forecasting on Weekly, Daily and interval level.

currently we are using Aspect EWFM version 7.1.0.0 which does not help much in forecasting though the tool is good for scheduling.

Excel - make sure you understand your drivers and plenty of historical data (which must be normalised). No tool is going to be as good as one that is designed specifically for your demand.
