A few ideas
- Daily stand up briefing sessions (max of 10 minutes)
- Take the team out after work
- Setup a bulletin board
- Set up a facebook group

Play great calls to the rest of the team as part of a morning meeting or training session.
Your agents get to hear what was good and the agent gets the recognition they crave.
