We have various types of knowledgebases scattered around our contact centres and I am interested in knowing if there is some up to date software out there that we could replace our old systems with?

There are quite a number of good knowledgebase providers out there, but I would also suggest that you take a look at some wiki based software.

A quick Google search reveals a wealth of applictaions so I'm keen to know if anybody has any good, bad or inidfferent experiences and views.

If you were to recommend one what would it be?

Thanks in advance
