While trying to open my own call center, face with lots of questions. Can anyone tell me how the salary of a call center manager is being calculated? Does it depend on the number of operators? Some other factors may be? What is the average salary for a call center supervisor?

There are a number of factors-
number of agents / supervisors
location
operation, i.e. Inbound/outbound etc.
Type of business, i.e. financial services, public sector etc
What I've always done to benchmark salaries is to check out similar vacancies on web sites such as callcentrehelper or the babel benchmarking report issued annually.
As someone I worked for once used to say, if in doubt Google...
