Hi

Have you tried an around the world angle?

Calculate your agent sales or other KPI's into mileage. Select teams.............QE2, Space Shuttle, Orient Express, Starship Enterprise or whatever you like, and mix them up, not into the teams they sit in.

Drive your IT department mad by printing off flags and landmarks around the world to dress the office up.

Give visual feedback, on plasma screens or e-mail twice a day. The first team to get round the world wins........make the prizr relevant!

December is not far away and, it's a great opportunity for team spirit and some fun in combination with a work realated quiz and jazzing your office up with Santa's grottos.

Have fun and good luck!

How about a present mountain? - get a load of gifts (don’t need to be expensive) and every time they hit their targets their name goes in a draw and they can pick a gift. It can be very visual i.e. wrapped presents and with the run up to Xmas can help end of year results!

We have also done balloons that every sale they get a balloon and the one with the most wins a prize or you can have some balloons with lottery tickets in them so the more balloons you have the more tickets you get!

Good luck!

In my contact centre we run a series of interactive incentive games which are driven in real time by the telephony data. We have a selection of games, from interactive to system generated and also quiz based games which we use for new starts and product knowledge refreshes.

It might be something that could work for you, the games can be run for as long as you want, so a month long incentive campaign shouldnt be too bad. We tend to run the incentive games on a weekly or bi-weekly basis which keeps everyone interested.

The company who supplies our games are on site every so often to get our feedback for new games, performance uptake etc, they are called I.M Creative (www.imcreative.co.uk)

Hope this helps

We had a brainstorming sessiona dn this is one I liked but we didn't end up going with:

Facebook - We all know that pretty much every single CSR uses it.

Decorations can be based around the parts of facebook, each team get's a section, like Photos, Games (farmville), friends, status updates, etc

If you have anyone even mildly tech savvy you can make the key areas of the incentive into facebook type apps. Like Schedule adherence app, top 10 AHT app, etc etc...

The prizes can be associated with it as well...

In Australia we need to focus on making the games as "Non-cheesy" as possible. So if it's work related it fails.

Let me share with you some of the games I do for my Front Line Associates.
- We have our annual Hockey Game. Team competetes against each other for the "Primus Cup". I have a Division A and a Division B. Each week the team with the lowest Upselling % ratio is eliminated.
- I just finished the "Hangman Competition". Again, I give each team an Upselling ratio% objective. If the Teams objective is not met at the end of the week... A body part is added to the hanging gallery. The last team with body parts still not on the "Hanging gallery" wins.
- To motivate the teams, I would also have them play Poker. THe other day, the objective was a "Hat Trick" which is 3 sales of our Major Product and get get to pick a card. At the end of the week, the associate with the highest poker hand wins... they love to play Poker
- I also did the Amazing Race at the beginning of the year.

Thought of sharing those few games that I do... and I reading the other posted game ideas....

Thanks
