I am running up a Contact centre in India,
We provide both IT/ITES support mainly concentrated on
Software Development/BPO/Transcription/Inbound Support [All Global language].
1)My Question is how to satisfy clients?[Apart from the Quality].
We satisfy all our clients with Quality and Punctuality, But need do more......
2)How to decrease the attrition %?
Note: The attrition in our country is very high and we are not that much affected to it, but planing that it should not be a problem in near future.
