New starter academy

Hi All,

I have today been asked to start up a New starter academy in our call centre. The basics are that the new agents will come out of training with the trainer and then put into an outbound sales team for 1-2 weeks and they must pass their mock calls to be able to move onto inbound.

I will be managing the inbound teams and must get them hitting targets and graduating. I then have the authority to place them in their new teams by looking at their attitude, performance and training needs and matching them to the right team or team leader.

I have been asked to think of what I want to do and put some ideas together for a brain storming session.

Heres what I have so far: Graduation ceremony with certificates for each levels achieved.
Weekly 121 meetings to set coaching plans and review performance
Ongoing training summaries in their training folders so their new team managers know what ongoing training they need
tombola style raffle based on sales which will be payable in cash and vouchers

Sale standards forms documenting their expectations and for them to review and sign
Make an area and explore what technical issues need to be resolved before we start on the 1st August

What am I missing?

Thanks in advance

Laura
