I have just been promoted from a supervisor to a manager of call centre. Anyone got any advise on doing an effective job, where do I start!! kind regards

The first advice I would suggest is to get your whole team behind you. Start being on the floor chatting for people for at least half an hour a day. Find out what they were up to at the weekends.

Try to find out what the front line issues are. You can the start to work on solving some of these frustrations.
