Hi There,
Wondering if anyone could recommend outsourced call centres located in both Western and Eastern Europe.

They should be well established and multilingual

I'm looking for centres in the insurance sector

Vertex and Sykes spring to mind as a couple who are multi national , from what I know Sykes are mulilingual

Both are very well established

One of the bigger ones is called Competence Call Center (CCC) who have about 6 locations in eastern Europe and Austria/ Germany.

I've never been able to get close to them, so I don't know how good they are, but they may be worth contacting.

SITEL & Teleperformance both definitely have operations in Western Europe. SITEL has some operations but in near Eastern Europe. Teleperformance have greate coverage of Eastern Europe. Both worked with AIG to sell General Insurance so should have some experience. A smaller company but equally experienced is ANT Marketing Ltd.
