Hi

Can anyone provide me with some information on how you manage Paperless Direct Debits for some of your campaigns. I'm basically looking to integrate a PDD into our scripting tool

Do you have relationships with providers that give you the ability to set up one off but more importantly regular payments and can you call those up via Url's/Web browsers

I understand you can't advertise but if you could point me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Hi Pierre

I see that you have asked a number of similar questions and not had much of an answer. I will ask a few of my contacts to see if they can help.

Pierre, I am not sure I have understood your question correctly but hopefully my answer will be of some use.

Before your organisation can move to Paperless Direct Debit you need to have to have AUDDIS status unless you are working on behalf of an organisation who already has AUDDIS status and will be the party processing the Direct Debits.

There is an AUDDIS rule book that tells you exactly what you need to do in order to set up the process it also includes sample script wording, sample letters etc. I have pasted a link to the AUDDIS website below. You also need to have Bank Account Validation software which validates that the bank account number and sort code are accurate before the DD requests are submitted. There are various different bits of software on the market, some can be integrated into your current system so you can do the validation at point of collection and others allow validation after the event but this is less efficient.

Pierre,

What scripting tool do you have? It's fairly straightforward from a technology perspective.

One company our developers have used and can recommend (and we are not an agent for!) is called Datacash:

If you're still having problems let me know.

Good luck,

Carl.

Hi Pierre, just realised you are based in Oz, so my answer of yesterday doesn't apply as this relates to the UK market. Sorry
