Do you have any knowledge of regulations regarding publishing a mobile number as CLI when using a dialer?

I dont believe the regulations explicitly state that you cannot use a mobile number but I would read them carefully -
http://www.ofcom.org.uk/consult/condocs/persistent_misuse/statement/misuse_statement.pdf
I think the relevant section is
4.16.5 "for each outbound call a CLI number is presented to which a return call may be made which is either a geographic number or a non-geographic number adopted as a Presentation Number which satisfies the Ofcom Guide to the use of Presentation Numbers".
The link to the details for the Presentation Numbers bit can be found in the same document.
I hope this helps!

I personally would not use a mobile number. This would be misleading.
It would probably limit the number of lines that you can use.
It would also infringe the regulations as it is neither
- a geographic number (e.g. 0207,0151 etc)
or
- a non-geographic number (e.g. 0800, 0845, 0870, 03 etc)
I would assume that all other numbers - premium rate, mobiles etc are banned.
