Hi all,

I'm interested to hear any experiences of using preference based scheduling in your contact centres. I have used it in the past and found it much more favourable so I am a bit biased, but I would really like to hear other views on this.

Given the experience I've read about on this forum, somebody must have used it?

I thought I would get a healthy debate out of this one.

Hi Scott,

I was meaning to respond to your post but it's a bit of 'you asking for the time and me telling you how to build a watch' - I have a very long winded answer to your question that goes beyond the scope of posting. I could send you a document that discusses my experience with it and the hows and whys in my case. If you are happy for me to email it to you post your email address. I am new to this forum so don't know whether the protocol allows for that - your choice!

I'm not looking for instructions or a guide as I have used it in the past and know some of the trials and tribulations. I'm really genuinely interested in hearing other peoples views and experiences.

Having said that, I'd be delighted to get a hold of your piece and get your experiences.
