Hi All,

We are currently in the process of looking at getting a WFM system implemented. So far we have looked at Q-Max and IEX, and Q-max seems a better fit for our setup.

Apparently 1/3 of all WFM users are Q-max users so does anyone have any feedback on this product. We are looking at getting the Agent Adherence & Agent Desktop also.

I've been advised that the forecasting is not up to scratch and it can't do long range forecasts, but this is just hearsay.

I have been to view it in action, but the company I went to see didn't use it to its potential and only used it to shift up against there own forecasts.

Any advice would be great.
