Recruitment

We are currently looking to recruit staff within our call centre - they would be sales agents booking appointments.
I know of a few companies who will work with you to go through a job profile and write an advert, place it on the internet and deal with the initial responses. Now when I want to look at using them I cannot find anyone that seems to offer that service outside of the standard agencies, who we are not getting a great response from.

If anyone can help or any other ideas it would be appreciated.

Thanks for the suggestion - Have found a company who are now handling the vacancy and hopefully will prove successful, but good to have other companies to add to the list.
