Morning all..

Bit of a cheeky question but...

Does anyone have a guide to the standard MI available from CentreVu?

I'm particularly after a guide or list regarding the standard
telephony / CDN / ACD /skillset / Agent reports available.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Not sure which version of CenterVu you were looking for

Is this link of any use? It's a 300+ page PDF so it could take a while to download.
