Hi all, just asking for some advice again.

I am doing my business plan to start my call centre up, to service a specific UK industry.

I am a bit hazy on salaries.

As my figures show that after year 2 of trading I will have/need over 200 staff, its an important issue.

Presuming, my trainers train the staff, and presuming they do 39 hours per week etc, and presuming that it is not an intensive sales operation, what are the perameters of salaries?

12,13,14,15k a year? More?

Hi Jay,
If you start a Call Centre in UK the operation cost will be as follow

Salary:
Agents:15K /Per Year
Team Leader : 20k-25K/per Year [It should be in the ration of 1:10]
Project Head: 30k-35k/per Year.
Added with Trainee[If require, But TL can do the same].
All Calculation are for English speeking agents and not for multi-language.

Other Expence :
Computers/leased line/Voip/Leads/Allowance/Rent/Electricity.
Estimate your self as i am not aware of clear picture about UK.

After a year when you require 200 Agents then attrition will be a main problem.

This will be the basic overview about a new call centre,
