Hi, hope someone can help, my last post fell on deaf ears.
But I am close to starting my business, an inbound/outsound call centre with 5 staff servicing a niche industry.
But I have tried 4 companies for hosted solutions, 2 of which havnt bothered coming back to me after an initial discussion, 1 did then passed me onto another company and 1 still hasnt got back to me.
I will not name them, but they are all advertised on here, so who knows what to make of that.
I realise I am small so not everyones ideal client, so maybe thats it.
Anyways, my questions are
a- one company has quoted a 2k set up fee and £80 per month per operator, including all calls etc.
Does this sound fair?
b- the same company is expressing concern with my set up. He said that the process of my clients diverting their local 01642 type numbers to mine and me receiving from diverted calls from their clients may prove dificult. 0800, 0845 numbers are fine, but the cloud finds it dificult to route normal numbers.
Does this sound plausible. If I look for further quotes, will I have the same concerns from the host companies.
